Mozilla has now finalised the next version of their popular web browser, ‘Firefox 13.0', but yet it is not officially announced. Though you can download Firefox 13 from Mozilla servers.The latest version of Firefox 13.0  includes two new important updates to the Home and new Tab pages. When opening a new tab, users are now presented with their most visited pages.

The default home page now has quicker access to bookmarks, history, settings, and moreGeneral performance improvements through incremental JavaScript garbage collectionSPDY protocol now enabled by default for faster browsing on supported sitesRestored background tabs are not loaded by default for faster startupSmooth scrolling is now enabled by default

All new Tabs page have been added in the new version of Firefox that appears to take inspiration from Chrome and Opera by providing thubmnails of the sites you have previously viewed and there is also a ‘Tabs on demand’ which aims to speed up your browsing experience.
